Room allocated was not cleaned but changed to different room immediately when pointed out to reception. Could use a little updating. Food really nice and staff friendly. Appropriate safety measures in place. Good location for us as a walk into Rouen 30mins. Uphill on way back!

D'habitude, je dors bien mais là, le sommier n'était pas top ! Sinon, je choisi cet hôtel pour le petit déj et là avec le Covid ce n'est pas génial du tout. Ils auraient pu faire un effort.... Je reviendrai tout de même, puisque je pense que c'est passager.... je l’espère. En règle général, c'est très bien !

Arrive à hôtel toilette très sale draps sales on pense que la chambre n’a pas été nettoyer nous sommes arrivés très tard personne à accueil nous avons pris des photos

Hôtel propre et calme. Personnel sympathique et souriant. Petit déjeuner bien fourni. Chambres propres et relativement correctement insonorisées (pour ceux qui ont l'habitude ce n'est de toute façon jamais parfait dans cette catégorie d'hôtel). A 10 minutes à pieds de l'université UniLaSalle. 5 minutes en bus. 15 minutes de la Gare de Rouen rive droite en bus (mais 40 minutes à pieds et attention ça monte du centre ville vers l'hôtel ;o)).

Good hotel ! Un miroir grossissant dans salle de bain serait bien

We frequently stay here en route to our destination. The hotel is clean and comfortable, has a large bed, free wifi and ample parking. Both rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The Restaurant is shut at the weekend, but we have eaten there when travelling mid week and the food has been good. It's conveniently close to a large Hyper Market and shopping complex. The area is quiet and we will continue to use this hotel.

We have previously stayed here and will continue to do so. The rooms are comfortable, clean, have a large bed and good sized bathroom. Parking is free and wifi is good. The hotel is in a quiet area and there is a shopping mall, with a large Carrefour next to it. We have never stayed here at a weekend previously and were slightly disappointed that the restaurant is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Fortunately, a nearby hotel had a restaurant that was open. We will stay here again, but probably on a week night as the food was good and even had a Vegetarian menu which is rare in France.
