"Decepción por wifi y la tv."

Me gusta la ubicacion, está cerca de la gente que visito, y tiene servicios cercanos.

No pude tener acceso al wifi, y no pude ver la tv. Pedí el servicio para poder ver la televisión, pero a pesar de prometer que me ayudarían, la gente nunca llegó.

"I've been in the hotel for over 50 times."

Mr Andrés in the front desk is the kindest and most efficient person ever. Facilities are good enough. Good places for eating a few steps from the hotel.

Unfortunately, TV didn't work and it's sad to know they won't grant a courtesy bottle of water for each night you stay there, tho there's a convenience store in the nearby.

"Asignar mejores habitaciones aunque la reservación sea por plataforma ."

La amabilidad del personal.

Las camas rechinan mucho y dan mejores habitaciones cuando se pagan directo en el hotel que al hacerlo por plataforma, el descuento que se hace por plataforma prácticamente es el costo del desayuno que al hacer la reservación por plataforma no te otorgan .
