"Gran ubicación y personal"

El servicio: Llegamos a hacer check in bastante tarde y el trato fue muy cordial y amable del personal a pesar de la hora. Hicieron un esfuerzo por acomodar el auto, a pesar de que estaban con alta ocupación esa noche. Mi auto estuvo dentro y seguro todo el tiempo. La habitación amplia y limpia.

Demasiado ruido en la habitación (nos tocó la habitación justo en frente del elevador). Las TVs demasiado pequeñas. El costo me parece elevado para el servicio e instalaciones, pero comprensible por la ubicación del hotel.

La ubicación del hotel es muy accesible, las instalaciones muy limpias y el personal de recepción súper amable.

Sólo sugiero dar mantenimiento a la llave de agua del lavabo ya que al momento de usarla se sale agua por debajo de la llave y cae al piso. De ahí en fuera quedé muy contenta con mi estancia.

Rechina la cama, pocas cobijas, malas almohadas, rechina la puerta del baño... * Pésima regadera (se cayó y se sale por todos lados) .. pésimo asiento del baño, papel de poca calidad.. * Muy mala TV
