The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to be sure you had everything you needed. Our biggest issue was we were led to believe there was a working outdoor pool for us to enjoy in the middle of July. When we arrived we learned the pool hadn’t been working over 18 months but the hotel is still advertised with a pool

"Smelled like it used to be a smoking room"

Every room smelled like a smoking room. It was old and dated. I booked it because it was rated 8/10. This is not an 8/10 hotel. Dated and smelled like smoke.

There were a couple of cockroaches found in the morning and was really noisy from 4am with doors banging and opening in the halkway.

The room was nice and clean. The Staff were excellent. We did book this hotel due to the fact that there was a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed upon arriving.

Unfrontuately the pool was closed, and we had a very loud air conditioner which came on and off all night. The room was very muggy. We appreciated that there was a sliding door to the parking lot for loading in and out.

Interestingly, the pool was not open - pool area looked like it wasn't well cared for. Rooms were very clean and well kept.

Pool was closed , got locked in the pool area because door was broken . Ice maker was broken .. very expensive for the quality Asked them to clean the room , left beds unmade and didn’t wipe anything down just gave us towels
