The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. The staff was very personable and friendly. Really enjoyed the property and its convenience to many things near the college. Only thing that needs a little updating is the bathrooms. Otherwise, fantastic all around

This property itself is nice and in a great location. Room was clean. The front staff however were rude and lied to try to keep some jewelry left behind in a room. They were curt and acted inconvenienced all while doing a bad job. First they sent us to a dirty room when we checked in 5:30 pm. They switched rooms, no problem. Then when we left jewelry behind they said they couldn’t find it. We went back to look ourselves and they had it in custody. Manager was very nice and professional when she was engaged but would be cautious with this stay.

Upon arrival after a few flight delays we were given a handicap accessible room and not given an option to change. The room was supposed to have a pull out couch but did not. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
