I have stayed at other hotels around the capitol. This location was clean, the staff was amazing and the parking was very convenient. I'll be returning for sure!

We have been charged three times for our stay

All around very exceptional from the desk staff which was over and beyond on every level.to the maintenance of the grounds and professionalism of the entire staff. I could not find a single negative aspect of my stay and would stay here over and over again without a doubt. I would also like to respond to some of the negative reviews listed about noise & parking fees. As for the noise, it is loud while the local college bar scene is happening during only Fri and maybe Saturday nights from bands at neighborhood bars. It is not disruptive if you are realistic and understand WHERE you are booking. It is centrally located directly in the vicinity of FSU with tens of thousands of students.....they go to bars & listen to music. It is not an issue. And as for parking fees....the fees were VERY CLEARLY stated everywhere as you book the reservation if you are able to read. Not to mention, i am not aware of any hotels INSIDE a city that does not charge for parking. If you have a car and you travel at all, it is obvious there are parking fees when staying INSIDE city limits. This hotel was EXCEPTIONAL and it should remain noted you will absolutely love your experience.

The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was within walking distance to the campus and college town area. The shuttle to the airport is only on the hour and not after 10pm.

This hotel is awful. I arrived at midnight a couple weeks ago and was given room 116. If you are offered this room, run away because you will not get a minute of sleep. It was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in and for the first time in my life I had to change hotels the following day. The staff was understanding as they knew the room was horrible and unacceptable. I can't believe Marriott offers stays as poor as this, and on top of that charges $340 for the experience. I strongly advise that someone from corportate spend a night in room 116 to experience this, or at the very least the manager of the hotel. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Have stayed at this location a few times over the years. Has been nicely renovated. Enjoyed having access to shuttle van. They were able to drop off/pick us up at the FSU baseball fields.
