Veranda Pointe Aux Biches Hotel

Tous les jours activités prévues par l'établissement sur la plage. Buffet hyper complet pour tous les gouts. La chambre manque juste un peu de modernité mais reste confortable et propre. Le personnel est à l'écoute.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff, great restaurant in the privileged section, and everything one needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our room has been well maintained and very clean. Facilities are well thought through. The hotel gives a very boutique small hotel vibe even though we stayed close to Christmas time.

Its a nice cosy hotel. The staffs were very welcoming and friendly. They even upgraded our room as it was my birthday celebration which was very kind of them. The service is top notch. Highly recommended.

The buffet menu was not to the standard. There were a variety of them but it was not tasty enough. Overall the food was good.

the beach views and overall hotel activities and food was nice.kids club and sitar/tabla dinner entertainment. Staffs available and kind and friendly.

The stay was very expensive for the level of service and quality provided. The bathroom had broken and old shampoo containers, and we had to ask housekeeping to replace them. Although we booked a family room for four people, the room was prepared with only two towels, so we had to call reception to request additional ones. We were a family group and the air conditioner was not working properly in one of our family member’s room which made the stay uncomfortable for them and there was no drinking water provided in the room. We also noticed inconsistencies in housekeeping service—some rooms had slippers, while ours did not—suggesting unequal service standards across rooms. Overall, the room was not particularly clean, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The property clearly needs improvement and renovation to meet the expectations associated with its rating and price.

Magnifique séjour. Service personnalisé et attentionné de la part du personnel. Je recommande vivement en couple ou en famille.

A növények szépek voltak.

Szomorú volt, rájönni, hogy minden negatív komment amit mások korábban írtak túlzás nélkül igaz. Régi, elavult öreg épületek, bútorok. Gyenge minőség. A szebb medence only adult. A tengerpart sokkal rosszabb, mint a képeken. Kis terület, nagyon alacsony a víz. 5-6 kóbor kutya állandóan a hotel területén. A tengerparton az ágyakat is használják, együtt mozog a kutyafalka. A medencébe beleiszik, az étterembe is megy. Altatom a kisbabám az árnyékos udvaron egyszer csak odafut az egész kutyafalka és nem tudom ott tolni tovább a babakocsit. Ijesztő így együtt ennyi kutya. Tisztaság és higiénia hiányzik. Az étterem is gyenge minőségű, kevés választék, ha elfogy valami nem töltik újra, állandóan mindent kérni kell. Inkább 3 csillag ez a hely!

Etablissement de taille humaine qui facilite les échanges avec le personnel accueillant, souriant, toujours disponible et de bons conseils pour les excursions. La tranquillité a été également très appréciée. Le restaurant principal est de qualité. Un service de navette gratuite est à disposition pour se rendre à la plage de Trou aux Biches à proximité.

La plage pourrait être un peu mieux aménagée, il manque un peu de sable et de transats. Des chiens errants occupent un peu le terrain sans gêner la clientèle

Chambre propre et confortable.

Les photos des espaces communs ( bar, restaurant et piscine ) ne sont pas conformes, puisqu'ils ne sont pas tous accessible selon la formule choisie. Nous n'avons donc pas eu accès à tous les espaces montrés en photo. Ouverture de la piscine uniquement entre 8h et 20h. Beaucoup de chiens errants et une plage peu pratique pour la baignade ( chausson obligatoire car beaucoup de cailloux ).

Payer l'eau en demi pension le soir, mais petite astuce, venez manger avec votre gourde remplie ☺️
