Première Classe Paris Ouest - Nanterre - La Défense

Room was clean. Breakfast was nice for the price. Tried to pay with my American Express card. But was denied, eventhough their sign says they do. I used the card elsewhere the same day. I think they wanted the visa surcharge. The front desk staff was not very helpful. The closest metro ststion was 20 minute raxi ride away. The hotel doesn't look like their picture.

Catastrophique de l’accueil à la chambre

Propreté, personnel et wifi bien. Pour le reste : correspond à ce que l’on peut attendre d’un premier prix (en dehors du prix que je trouve un peu excessif) Ma suggestion d’amélioration : améliorez l’indication de l’entrée de l’hotel …

Nous avons passés 2 nuits dans l'établissement sans chauffage et avec le lavabo bouché (impossible de l'utiliser) dans la salle d'eau. Nous avons signalés le soucis et rien n'a été fait et aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. La propreté n'était pas trop top. J'espère que l'établissement nous fera un geste.

The hotel is a low budget hotel of many years ago. It is not an Ibis style hotel but it is a hotel for a few nights. The beds and the whole hotel is vey clean. The breakfast is a sandwich with jam and drinkable coffee. For the same price you can get a good sandwich and a coke in the petrol station. It is very situated with a tramline nr 2 direct to la defence. So all by all a 7 on 10 scale

Endroit propre mais hôtel en lui même assez miteux. Personnel gentil, souriant et accueillant même tard le soir.
