I booked this hotel for a 2-night stay, but after just the first night, my room key card suddenly stopped working at around 12:30 AM. I was left stranded in the middle of the night with absolutely no access to my room and, even worse, there was nobody available to assist me. After 1 hour of struggle 1 person came and allowed that card No. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel claiming to provide hospitality. This level of negligence is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of concern for guest safety and comfort. Being locked out of your room late at night without any assistance is frustrating, stressful, and simply inexcusable. On top of that, the breakfast was only “okay” at best — extremely basic, limited options, and far below expectations considering the price and service standards promised. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Poor management, lack of customer support, and unprofessional service completely ruined the stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting reliability or proper hospitality.
