"Exceptional"

Thank you for the great hospitality. We had a single room booked with no windows for 1 adult, 2 kids. The receptionist offered us a double room with windows instead which was very nice of them. Breakfast is good, with great variety. The location is really good, literally 5 mins walk from the train. The only thing was that it was not very clear that the hotel was inside the other hotel just on a separate floor, so I struggled to find it, specifically because it was 8.30pm and dark outside. Overall, we were satisfied with everything and happy with the was we were treated. It was our first time staying here and we will definitely come back when visiting Stockholm next time.

Booked it since it's very close to Stockholmsmässan. It does what it says on the tin: it's a bed, with your own toilet/shower if you book the correct room, but that's about it. Basic, but clean.

"Dyrt rum för låg standard"

Om man bara vill ha en säng att sova i så funkar det OK men med det priset jag betalade för per natt så är det under all kritik. Svarta märken i duschen , ISKALLT på rummet då elementet inte fungerade. Ingen låsbar dörr till toalett utan endast en skjutdörr… toalettstolen är för nära handfatet så går knappt att torka sig om man är högerhänt. Jag skulle rekommendera vilket annat hotell som helst över detta tyvärr.

"Undvik rummen utan fönster!!"

Vi hade råkat boka rum utan fönster - som en cell (!!) med toa långt bort i korridoren. Sunkigt som attan och kodlås till toan funkade ibland ej. Fick UTMÄRKT service o kunde sova sista 2 nätterna i ett vanligt rum som var helt ok. Cell-rummen är de värsta jag upplevt. Rummet brevid oss var igentejpat (!!) alla springor i dörr etc till. Sanering pågick??? Gick ej få svalare i cell-rummet heller. Galet varmt.
