Un hôtel très propre avec un service dans les chambres rarement vu top et un personnel rare ont prend souvent les hôtels première classe c est la première fois que je trouve un première classe qui n y a rien à redire digne d un 3 étoile. Bravo Rouen

"My head never even touched a pillow"

Scroll down the confirmation email and note that check in closes at 9pm. There's no way to get in, no one even answers the phone. Sadly our journey was delayed by an hour and the last thing on my mind was "I wonder if I'll be able to get in to the hotel at 9.30pm". So we fortunately found another hotel nearby. No experience of this hotel apart from poor communication and no telephone support.

Super déçu imposible de domir la porte claquer a plusieurs reprise les dispute des mots vulgaire vers 2h 3h du matin alors que le lendemain je devez partir plutôt en ile de france. Je n'est pratiquement pas dormi vraiment tres déçu !!!
