"Good value for money"

Clean, comfortable bed. Quiet, warm room. Room is very small but good value for money. Ideal for quick overnight stop on a budget. Travelling back from home in France to England we always stay here as it is on our route with no deviation. Friendly service.

Unfortunately the soap dispenser was not working and this caused a problem when using the shower. Apart from this problem we were very comfortable.

"Air con Con"

Very reasonable price, efficient staff, okay breakfast. Allows dogs (a big plus for us) But and its a big but, the air con did not work in either of the two rooms we have used. Second night was not a major issue but on the first night the temperature outside was 28 degrees so the room was like an oven.

"good location and excellent breakfast"

I have stayed here on many occasions however, this time there was a scratching/knawing noise for most of the night coming from what seemed to be behind the shower cabine, I asked in the morning about this and was told there was no space between the rooms for anything (rodent-type) to get in. However, that is what it sounded like and sleep was not an option as it was quite loud.

"bargain price but basic room"

If you just want a bed for overnight this could be for you. It is as basic as it comes, pretty small room. There is a bathroom which is a plastic cubicle similar to that on a cruise ship, but smaller. It is very cheap, but in future I would pay a bit more for the Campanile which I presume is a sister brand because I noticed there is always one situated next door.

"Basic "

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good too. The room was extremely basic & had a musty smell about it. I think this is down to the shower & toilet being open to the room. As this was simply a stop over it was fine but I wouldn't recommend it for anything more. They offer a discount at the restaurant in hotel campanile next door but as we had 3 children we ventured to the buffalo grill on the next roundabout. It was great value for money, we all had a fabulous meal & they were serving food until around 11pm.
