Good shower with hot water and excellent water pressure. Clean room with good amenities, including mini fridge and microwave.

A/C although functional smelled like it badly needed to be cleaned out. Parking lot is very small and you may have to find street parking. Although technically in Redondo Beach it's a bit of a drive to get to the Avenues from there.
