"Wonderful stay."

Had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, right in the city center and convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the team at the restaurant who really made each meal enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Would definitely recommend!

"Nice stay for Phuket town"

Very good location, probably the nicest hotel in Phuket town, rooms are nice, beds comfortable

We arrived in the middle of the night with 2 kids and requested quiet rooms months before arrival. We were put up in probably the lodest room: lowest floor, facing the main road, right next to the elevators. The hotel was fully booked and we did not sleep for the first 3 nights - until they finally moved us. Some of the reception staff were stuck up and not willing to help.
