I've stayed here many times over the last 2yrs

Location was ok

The walls in the room are paper thin, expect to hear everything the from the next room, opening cans of drink, what they are watching on tv, phone conversations etc. It's terrible.

Very good location, nice staff and room is very big and clean

I would not recommend staying here. During my stay, I discovered bed bugs in the room and ended up with multiple bites. I brought the issue to management’s attention and provided photos as evidence, but my concerns were dismissed. I paid over $600 for my stay and requested compensation or a refund, especially given the circumstances, but the hotel refused. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. The manager, Sam, was rude and accused me of bringing the bed bugs myself instead of addressing the issue professionally. I also found it concerning that the room was rented out again shortly after I left, before it had been properly inspected. I have documentation of my experience, including photos and recordings of conversations regarding the complaint process. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

Price and location

Stayed here recently and had a serious cleanliness issue that wasn’t handled properly. In Room 421, I found visible blood stains on one of the duvet covers. I reported it to the front desk the same evening and again the following morning. I also followed up by email, which was forwarded to management—but I never received any response. I was able to use the second bed, which appeared clean, but that’s not really the point. Finding stained bedding and then getting no follow-up is disappointing and below basic hospitality standards. I’ve stayed at this property before and am currently staying again, so this wasn’t about trying to make an issue—it’s about expecting a reasonable level of cleanliness and communication. Hopefully management takes this more seriously moving forward.

Staff , pool , beds and location

No coffee in the rooms, no face cloths in the rooms and no towels at the pool. Went to front desk and received face cloths, the coffee machine in yhe lobby was fixed next day but mo coffee for the mornings and only 2 plastic cups in the room.

Rooms full of mosquitoes,,, external access door open upon arrival... floor dirty with dog food and sticky things on the carpet,,, an ice machine in front of the room with a horrible noise 24 hours a day,,, pizza boxes in the middle of the hallway, shower stall with standing water in the drain.
