There was no hot water during the morning and afternoon. I was unable to shower until the evening both days of my stay. So inconvenient! When I asked about the hot water at the front desk, the attendant said that it was a boiler issue and it will take an hour to repair. There were no facecloths provided The sliding door window sill bottom track was dirty and I was unable to open the door. The extension cord to the microwave and the mini fridge were a tripping-hazard. Poor lighting in the entrance area.

It was a little bit more affordable then some other places; the staff was thoughtful and understanding and made sure everything was managed well

We got bumped up to another room because we had a dog so it cost more then we wanted it to, it was older furniture and older facilities that need maintenance and preferably and update
