The hotel's location is excellent, I loved it! Highly recommend Polanco. The customer service was very good, the hotel's social areas were very clean, and the hotel's atmosphere was super welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and there's a great variety of restaurants and museums nearby. 100% recommended!

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very slow, only working well in social areas

Location and the size of the room

Breakfast wasn’t great, the shower can be improved and if you don’t cover the drainage there is a bad smell.

A localização é impecável. Quarto amplo e limpo

Um dos quartos ocupados tinha infiltrações nas paredes e o proprio hotel já havia deixado um desumidificador no ambiente ! Melhor seria procederem aos reparos nas paredes.
