The breakfast was very good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I loved someone being at the gate in the evening and attentive to buzzing us in. It is a lively neighborhood but we were able to rest as it was not super noisy at the location of our room in the building. It was great being in Polanco with all the restaurants and the streets are not so crowded as the Centro where we were before we came. We were able to walk to museums or easily take Uber anywhere and never waited more than 5 minutes to catch the Uber.

A localizçao é perfeita para quem quer escolher restaurantes na regiao do bairro Polanco, super agradável e apesar do trânsito - que é sempre pesado - um charme.

Essa foi a segunda vez que me hospedei lá e recebi um quarto maior até do que o reservado, porém com diversas marcas de umidade/infiltração nas paredes de um dos cômodos. Como eram duas noites somente, e o hotel estava cheio, não me queixei.

Excelente ubicación. Servicios adecuados, si bien no extraordinarios. El desayuno está bien.
