Avevo prenotato una camera con 2 letti singoli... richiesta reiterata al primo contatto dell'host e ad una sua successiva chiamata. Ma in fase di chrckin la stanza aveva solo il letto matrimoniale. Ho chiesto di cambiarla e mi è stata assegnata un'altra camera con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello (un divanetto con struttura a castello con i materassi piccoli e quello in basso che poggiava a pavimento) ho dormito poco e male. Inoltre gli accessori a parete del servizio igienico erano mal collegati: la struttura ingombrante porta rotolo carta igienica era fissata in modo da non consentire una agevole seduta e.. il dispender del sapone dentro il box doccia - anziché essere situato sull'angolo dove era già presente un vecchio ripiano a griglia portasapone - era fissato su una parete laterale era ingombrante e all'interno del box doccia era praticamente impossibile muoversi. Posso fornire le foto. Mi son trovato malissimo... certo la cultura dell'accoglienza è l'attenzione verso le semplici richieste del cliente... non rientrano tra le priorità di chi gestisce la struttura. Buon pomeriggio.
