The Campanile is open from 6:30 am to 11 pm on weekdays and from 7 am to 11 pm on weekends. If you cannot change your arrival time, please contact the hotel before 22:00 local time. In case of no-show and if you cannot cancel your reservation before 22:00, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the reservation. Subject to the presentation of identity documents corresponding to the name of the occupant(s), payments by credit card (PCS and NCKEL accounts are not allowed on the property) and cash are accepted at the hotel reception. All customers will need to provide a credit card upon check-in. The credit card will be pre-approved upon check-in. The pre-authorization will be closed at the time of departure if no damage is found in the room.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
