Bonjour sur l'hôtel j'ai trouvé

Il y avait des cafards dans les chambres et chhasse d'eau cassé, remplacé par une ficelle.

Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre et des traces noires sur les murs et autour de la ventilation. Mais les draps étaient propres. J'ai été bien accueillie

Hôtel pas chère et peu propre...fait l'affaire pour une nuit pas chère proche Paris

We enjoyed our stay here, the place is not fancy but it was very cheap for Paris which was important when travelling for several weeks. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was cheap and the restaurant a few doors down was lovely but not too pricey. It was not too far from the centre of Paris, one train line then a 15 minute walk.

Pas d'eau chaude. Le personnel en était bien navré mais ne pouvait faire grand chose...

We arrived on the 20th of June 2023. Met the receptionist, who was the ONLY POSITIVE POINT in the hotel (very helpful, informative, went for an extra mile, top staff- member). He allocated a ground floor room -017- which upon entering immediately smelled like someone still smoking in the room! Reported back to receptionist who kindly gave a first floor room -112- , which smelled like noone opened its doors windows for ages, so I asked for an air freshener, which the receptionist kindly gave us. I sprayed that air freshener into the air at the room. Before sleep I went to the reception again asked if I can get ice. There was a different receptionist, whom asked me while laughing that " you are in France and don't speak French? Hahaha?!". I find it very rude and offensive and replied " why would I ? I'm a tourist!!!" ! Two hours later we went asleep Next morning I woken up to the crying of my wife, she got an allergic reaction of the air freshener chemical. Her face swollen up like a balloon and had difficulty for breathing. We went to the hospital, admitted to a&e where she got a very strong antihistamine. We spent an entire day in the a&e! Hospital confirmed the possible cause of allergic reactions is the air freshener chemical. When we went back to the hotel and told the receptionist we are not staying a minute more, we will depart the hotel immediately! The hotel ruined our stay in France completely. Not recommended the hotel to noone!!!!

Catastrophique !! Du moisie dans la douche !! le lit pour ma fille sale et même pas fait c'était a moi de le faire , il y avais des mouchoirs usagé en boule sous l'oreiller !! Du sang séché sur les draps d'un des lits !! Une odeur nauséabonde !! Salle de bain en piteuse état !! Les prises pleines de poussière restait attaché au chargeur de mon téléphone !! Les lampes avec les fils apparent, super avec un enfant !! Dommage que c'était un séjour non remboursable nous ne serions pas rester deux nuits sinon !!! Seul point positif c'est que le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant !
