We liked it mostly. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room would have benefited with a place to hang towels. Another inconvenience was the room had very few outlets. There were 3, but one was connected to the air-conditioner, another one was up high for the hair dryer, the third was 4 feet off the ground with no shelf to hold a phone. I'm glad we took our long cords because they were just long enough to reach the floor. The mini store on site did have extension cords for 14 euro, so that would have worked too. One more thing, it rained really hard while we were there. The really hard rain would come and go, and when it was really hard, a small drip leaked water in the middle of the bed (Luna room). We put down a poncho and a towel to soak it up or we would have had a wet bed.

Property was good. Only thing to keep in mind is that like nothing is included, you have to pay for wifi and cellular service sucks. I didn’t buy wifi since I had cell data but the cell service was so slow. These guys should just include wifi for that simple reason.

Great spot to stay in Lake Garda

The property was cute. Our bunk was very clean and comfortable. The shower had amazing pressure. The breakfast was also good. Despite reaching out to the property, communication wasn’t very good. We didn’t learn of the free shuttle to the property until after arriving by taxi (which cost a lot).

Clean and quiet

It had a nice restaurant and the food was good. The mobile home smelled like mold. The shower didn't work and for another $20.00 could have had a proper hotel room.

Staff didn’t assist in getting the luggage to the reception during check out despite personally requesting the same multiple times. We had to carry 4 big suitcases to the reception on our own on a highly over a distance of about 600m. No wifi, small cabins, unkept rooms. Would not suggest this to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. Our beds were literally infested with bedbugs and when it was brought to the attention of staff they accused us of lying to get a refund (even went as far as to call me broke). We then had to show the manager to our room where MULTIPLE were spotted which he denied seeing, THEN when we pointed one out specifically he killed it in front of our own eyes and said there was nothing there. the manager was incredibly unprofessional, very rude and was incredibly hostile towards us younger girls. We even showed other staff that agreed they were bedbugs but would remain silent when asked in front of management. This manager was the rudest man I’ve ever had the misfortune of meeting, even threatened us with a lawsuit. SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Great to have access to beach and lovely pool. Beautiful views from restaurant and site. All staff helpful and friendly. Bus from site ran every half hour including the afternoons which was useful in the August heat. Trips booked from site were fabulous. Compact accommodation as expected! Managed though with two teenagers in tow.
