Econo Lodge Dewitt I-90

It was , in a word, perfect.

When I called the 800 number I was asked if I was a member , and I said no. Then I was told there were no rooms available. I was offered something in the area for much more. Then I called the hotel directly and got a wonderful room. There were many unoccupied rooms.

Location

Very outdated. Unsafe bathtub and entrance to room. Mattress was old and lumpy causing back pain and very restless night.

Place was clean. No extra blanket. TV didn’t work. Over all it was adequate.

Sheets were stained towels also

I did not stay here. Booking had an old card on file. Instead of calling me for a new one, the very rude manager (male) called me and told me my booking was going to be cancelled at 11am on the day of the concert and that I can still come but my two bedroom has been downgraded to a 1 bed for the same price without a discount for my inconvenience l. When I proceeded to make a comment thaf he should’ve called for another card , he became upset and mocked that comment rudely and proceeded to cancel my order saying i was rude. I was understandably upset but ar no point inappropriately rude. Absolutely terrible customer service and I sold my concert ticket and didn’t bother going

The place was absolutely dirty it had roaches crawling out of the wall.... I would never go back here again..
