B&B HOTEL Saint-Witz Roissy

Very close to A1 and continuing journey. Lots of choice within walking distance for evening meal. Very clean. Room 308 shower head not screwed on the wall so absolutely impossible to shower. 4 of us in room 2 bath towels 1 hand towel,not good enough!! Did try to complain but not interested in my complaint,plenty of other hotels next to this one so will not stay here again.

It was clean and cute . Was a little confused with late check in but we finally figured it out .

This property should not even be listed on expedia. I booked my room with Expedia 3 weeks in advance and was told I had a guaranteed reservation with late arrival. When I arrived late the gate was locked and no persons were available. However, they had an automated process where you simply entered your name to obtain the key. This process said I didn't have a reservation and since no person was available to help me I was forced to spend the night sleeping in my car. In the morning I showed them my reservation sheet from Expedia with the guaranteed reservation and indeed they did have my name and the reservation. But they claimed since I didn't call they gave my room away. This was the period of the Paris Air show and every room around CDG was booked and was being charged at exorbinant rates. They decided to take advantage of the situation and gave my room away at the much higher rate. And they offered no compensation nor did they apologize. They should be banned from advertising on Expedia and I request that Expedia do so to prevent this from happening to other customers. This is the first property I have booked wihch gave away a guaranteed reservation. It is very bad behavior!

The check in is awful would never recommend this place. The bed sheets were dirty as well.

Very little staff. Reception desk only staffed part of day. Low cost, low service option for those on a budget, but a poor experience.

When we arrived our room was on the 3rd floor and as I had recently had a knee replacement this wasn’t the best location For me. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and, although the hotel was full, she managed to find us a good room on the ground floor. Her English was also very good and she was extremely helpful the whole time. Breakfast was also good with a good selection of hot and cold food. Very pleasing stay which we shall repeat in September.

Reception and customer service was amazing. Aline and Demitri were so.helpful. Clean Hotel Relaxing room and good food. Visit Parc asterix and book on the front desk of the hotel Will stay again for sure

Stayed here to break up a long journey thinking we would be fresh for the second leg the next day... how wrong we were. Hotel was ok but beds incredibly uncomfortable, pillows may as well have been cotton wool and it was very noisy with paper thin walls. Incredibly basic room which for a family of 4 was inadequate. Amenities around the hotel were good with several restaurants in walking distance.
