Excellent bakery Excellent pizzeria Excellent location Excellent presentation of room Loved the welcome whiskey and cookies and daily refreshed bottled water in fridge

Both beds and pillows were awful Not at all up to standards of the rest of the hotel and eateries.

The room was well appointed with quite a few additional unexpected touches that made our stay very enjoyable: a heated bathroom floor, an excellent variety of included/extra beverages, quality self care products, an easy registration and entry system, super quiet location close to downtown, easy parking.

The location is great. Clean and comfortable room.

The breakfast is just okay. Basic pastries and breakfast sandwiches from next door.

Very clean and in excellent condition.

Only one single staircase to 4 second floor rooms in a wood frame building, no other exit, no fire safety instructions. Lack of soundproofing. We could hear noisy children downstairs in the early morning and evening.

Beautiful accomodation. So well appointed. Incredibly comfortable and homely. Delightful extra touches. We'd love to come back!

We’ve been going to Mendocino for decades and love, love, love Cafe Beaujolais - when I saw they were opening an inn, we had to try it - it was perfect - great attention to detail - down to the fresh cookies and whiskey waiting our arrival. Our new favorite place to stay in Mendocino - can’t wait to go back.

Location is excellent and the property was beautifully maintained! The room was on the smaller side but comfortable.

My partner used one of the complimentary q-tips in the bathroom to clean his ears and the tip broke off inside his ear!! Maybe don't include any or invest in a better quality brand (they were - as we discovered after the incident - fragile).
