Property Notes

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Property can only accept dogs for pets staying at the property. Please note that the sauna, fitness centre, and hot tub are not operated as regular inspections on the first Wednesday of every month. (The date may change depending on hotel conditions) The First Floor Restaurant is open until 22:00. Please note that the Kid's Playroom and Snooker Room are temporarily closed until further notice. Children under 6 years old can be accompanied for free, but if there are more than 2 children, the guest has to pay additional KRW 44,000 per night. 1 child under 6 years can stay for free. Additional fee will be incurred if an extra bed is requested. Additional expenses will be incurred for staying with 2 children under 6 years of age or 1 child over 7 years of age. (Studio rooms can only be shared with one child.) Please note that toothbrush/toothpaste set and razor are subject to availability for an additional charge of KRW 550 per toothbrush/toothpaste set and KRW 6600 per razor. It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap when using the swimming pool, and swimming caps can be purchased separately at the hotel. Lunch and dinner may not be available at a restaurant during weekends and holidays. A deposit may be required at the property.

Estudio amplio con cocina, cama grande y cómoda, bien situado. El hotel dispone además de piscina climatizada con un buen horario.

Habia obras alrededor del hotel y el ruido era desgraciadamente continuo.

"Comfortable stay at Fraser Place"

The room was very spacious and the area, Jung District, was quiet. The Seoul train station is about 10 min walk and there is an express train that goes to the airport (about 35 min). There are many shops and food outlets at this station including the Lotte supermarket. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The step in the room which can easily cause a fall. The toilet seems to be a bit tight.

Clean and good condition. The flooring was squeaking when stepping on. Probably need new wood floors. Other than that the hotel was great!!

Excellent spacious apartment with everything we needed. Loved the pool and sauna and private bath in the restrooms

Let's call it things that have room for improvement: Staff interactions can be a little warmer and we really needed a dish towel or something to dry dishes with. Everything else was perfect!
