The property itself looks amazing, the facilities are lovely, and the rooms were very good overall. Housekeeping was also great, so credit where it is due.

Food and beverage was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what we would expect from a 5-star hotel. There was a general feeling of apathy from many of the staff, particularly around the restaurants and bars. -Our experience at Donna Floriana was honestly one of the worst we have ever had, our table was not ready on arrival. After being seated, we waited around 15 minutes for menus, and even then only received three menus and wine lists for six people. No water was offered. The wine took a long time to arrive and after we followed up, and it finally came, we were left without glasses. We also had to get up ourselves for basics like salt and pepper as no one checked on the table. Food was significantly delayed, with the reason given being a pregnancy-related cooking request, which felt like a poor excuse given the overall service. Half the order was incorrect and one person accepted the wrong meal just to avoid further waiting it was 11:30pm at this point. Wrong dishes were still charged and instead of correcting the bill, staff offered leftovers from buffet dessert. -Service at breakfast was disorganised, tables left uncleared and staff inattentive. At the Lime Bar, a vegan ciabatta (for a pregnant lady) was served with seafood on the plate, explained as a “kitchen mistake,” and another ciabatta was served on stale ciabatta, the response was simply that “it’s ciabatta”, as though we did not know what grilled ciabatta should be like. At Al Grano pizza outlet, pizzaiolo attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive, making the experience uncomfortable. -Absence of lifts is a real inconvenience when you have a pushchair, and it's even more difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. -The outlets have strange opening hours, so you need to manage your time around them.

Дуже велика територія, все доглянуто, красиво, багато різної зелені і квітів, особливо олівковий садок неймовірно затишне і приємне місце. Я не змогла обійти весь готель за три дні. Спорт майданчик, фітнес центр, йога, дитячий майданчик і розваги. Прексраний великий басейн, ще один дорослий басейн. Сніданки - прекрасні, смачні і різноманітні, є піцерія на обід і суші, і смачні салати і бургери біля басейну, обід в головному ресторані - 45 євро\особу. Море - скали , треба брати резинове взуття і все прекрасно, чисте і ніжне, особливо сподобався секретний пляж і морський басейн. Працівники - головна перевага готелю, всі відкриті, стараються, усміхненні , цікавляться тобою чи все у тебе добре , чи всім ти задоволений, сильний тім білдінг в команді, молодці, браво! Ваш власник може пишатися командою! Щоденно продумані програми для гостей. Вечірні концерти живої музики - шикарно! Ви зробили цей відпочинок - гармонійним, спокійним, прекрасним, безмежно вдячна.

Не сподобалась Катанія - місто брудне і занедбане, як можна так не любити своє місто, щоб перетворити з нього великий смітник, облізлі стіни будівель, страшно було там перебувати , і ми втікли до нашого готелю, де нас чекав концерт живої музики, смачне просеко із піцою. Дуже раджу 40 хв від готелю Сіракуза - яке миле, приємне, задбане і чисте містечко.

Resort molto ampio e ben tenuto con bellissimi giardini. Servizio molto buono in generale (giusto al bar della piscina abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora che arrivasse qualcuno a prendere le ordinazioni e poi ce ne siamo andati). Bella posizione. Varie attività disponibili.

La stanza cosiddetta superior è troppo piccola, con poco spazio per mettere/appoggiare le cose. La colazione è abbastanza ricca, ma mancano molti prodotti locali, per esempio non c'è la spremuta fresca di arance, anche la frutta in generale non è un granchè. Non c'è frutta secca. Ci si aspetterebbe di meglio, anche cibo un pò più ricercato, meno dozzinale.

Forse perché ho scelto una camera standard ma trovare il frigo bar vuoto è solo una bottiglia di acqua e calda non è il top per chi arriva specialmente in estate ma, forse è una politica dell'hotel non voglio farla essere una nota negativa

Not a great deal … pools and facilities around pool

The service was appalling. There was one manager Giovanni that tried to rescue the day . Everyone else was pretty ineffective. Example more than an hour for a sandwich One night the buffet was excellent… another it was awful ????

Facilities were fantastic. The staff were very friendly. The location and style of the hotel were great. Absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. Would certainly go back.

While the staff were absolutely charming and generous, the service (particular around the restaurants and bars) was very slow. A lot of people were complaining and it left a bit of a sour experience, which is such a shame as the staff themselves were polite and friendly. It felt as though it could be beneficial to have a manager on site, just to help with the organization. This would turn a good experience into a great one. Would also add the food was a bit overpriced.
