too dated to old too dirty and taking the price into consideration horrible

Great value. Clean sheets. Quiet. Decent simple breakfast.

Our room was swapped from one side of the motel to the other due to an electrical problem. This gave me insight as to why the reviews were so mixed. Neither room was great but the original was much worse. It is definitely run down, and could be cleaner. We checked for bed bugs in both rooms and found no signs of them. Seems fine for a night or two.

Not enough electrical outlets. Internet went out once during our stay. But otherwise a good place to stay

Spacious room

a bit expensive as facility run down but that may be because was a race weekend in Watkins Glenn. Convenient to Cornel and area parks breakfast was bagel, muffins, oatmeal, juice, frozen waffles. no protein mattress was firm which I liked, wife didn't Wegman's right across street

The facility was old

It was fine food was good at the restaurant. It was ok for a overnight stay.

Building/room updates/renovations needed

Avoid!!! Property is in a good location but the 'hotel' is very dated; continetal breakfast is sparce; lobby was very smokey for non smoking. The worst part: i reserved a room with a queen and standard bed. The room was 2 standatd. The desk was telling me that that room was 2 queen beds, which was false. (My husband fits on a queen, and his feet were hanging over the edge in our room.) Not to mention the mattress was bowed in the middle, suggesting its very old. Save your money!!!
