I got an email notification saying this room was specifically half off the night. I called in advance to make sure before I drove an hour away it would be available as I am a single mom with 3 children, 2 are special needs including an autistic toddler. Please listen to the negative reviews. I took some photos and videos for everyone because I could not sleep. Now only is this place dirty it is not safe. There is no lock. The name of the hotel is not the same. They have the doors just open so anyone can just walk in. I am lacking eyesight so my sense of smell is very strong and there is definitely mold and lack of cleaning going on in this room at least. I doubt they are changing the cheats at all. We didn’t check in until very late and I felt so terrible For my children. As much as would like to say sleeping in the car would have been better I sprayed the beds down wouldn’t be getting in until close to the time their lobby closed. The room they showed was a little outdated but not too shabby. I really just need a place for a good nights rest and safe as I just left my abusive husband. So you could imagine my horror when I arrived to this nightmare. Not only that I specifically booked a no smoking room and it clearly had been smoked in. And the rooms next to it were being smoked in. My child has asthma and my other one has allergies. I don’t smoke. I do see some people end up with the room they are supposed too and it’s clean. Seems like it’s hit or miss I think if you book

Tv didn't work and staff said nothing they can do did nothing to compensate l.

Pas de rideau de douche. Poussière sur le tapis. Mobilier et décoration ne reflète pas du tout la photo sur le site. Pas de couvre lit. Pas de jupe de lit, draps jaunis. cependant, micro onde neuf et frigo ok.
