"Good location, after coming off the ferry. Perfectly comfortable and great value. The breakfast was excellent."

Location and vehicle parking security. Friendly, helpful staff.

The check-in system did not work. We had to call staff out at 2300h so that we could gain access. It would have been helpful if an access code for the car park, in advance. The air conditioner in the room was not working properly. It looked as if it required servicing.

Everything, very clean, great value, very nice staff, we locked us out of our room at 11pm, the reception was already closed, had to call the receptionist after his shift (sorry ;)) and he opened us our room without any problems. Thanks!
