The property and spa are beautiful. The restaurant food is good.

Breakfast is worst than airport hotel. The staff and service is really bad. Reception is always empty, you have to park really far and two floors down, they dont help with the luggage. Room was not clean and wifi did not work. I travel a lot and hace stayed in many old castle hotels and this is not old is not well mantained. Bed was confortable. This should not even be two stars.

სასტუმრო მინიჭებულ ვარსკვლავებს არ ამართლებს,დესკის თანამშრომლები გაუცინარი ხელმწიფეები,შესასვლელი ბინძურიი,ლიფტი-ბინძური,სპა-ბინძური,ფანჯრები და სარკეები იმდენად ბინძური ხელის შეხებაც შეუძლებელია,ოთახის აბაზანა ტუალეტი თმებით სავსე,მატრასის დამცავი თმებით სავსე,აი რაც შეეხება რესტორანს-ვახშამზე მომსახურე მიმტან მელოტ მამაკაცს აუცილებლად ესაჭიროება ტრენინგი,აბლაბუდას ქსელები სკამებზე,კედლებზე, მომსახურე პერსონალს არ აწყენდა გადამზადების ტრენინგი და სასტუმრო-რესტორანს გენერალური დასუფთავება
