The reception staff both in the morning and in the evening were friendly and helpful.

The hotel looks very old and dirty. The first room smelt bad so I asked to move but the second room was just as bad. If I could have found availability elsewhere I would have changed hotel. I expected the hotel to be basic but not dirty. Even basic hotels should be clean.
