L'accueil par la personne sur place, très gentil, très agréable (arrivée le mercredi 10/06 entre 17h30 et 18h00)

Les draps du lits été sales, visuellement il y'avais des traces dessus et lors du couché on pouvait sentir comme du sable La salle de douche très petite pour quelqu'un comme moi (toilette et cabine de douche)

Le confort de la literie. Et de la salle de bain même si très petite.

Le bruit. Impression d'avoir dormi fenêtre ouverte sur le boulevard alors qu'elle était fermée.. Donc repos : zero Et juste dommage de mettre des machines pour l'enregistrement à l'arrivée.. Personnel très sympathique

"L’expérience pourrait être améliorée"

L’hôtel est globalement confortable et offre un bon rapport qualité-prix. Cependant, il semble avoir ouvert alors que les travaux ne sont pas totalement terminés, ce qui nuit à l’expérience. Dès l’arrivée, plusieurs affichages indiquent encore l’ancienne enseigne Première Classe, aussi bien au niveau du parking qu’à l’intérieur de l’établissement, ce qui peut prêter à confusion. Dans la salle de bain, certains équipements ne sont pas encore installés (porte-savons remplacés par des poches plastiques), et il manque également un tapis de sortie de douche. Nous avons aussi constaté une odeur de renfermé et de cigarette dans la chambre. C’est dommage, car l’hôtel a du potentiel et n’est pas désagréable en soi. Nous avons simplement eu le sentiment qu’il avait ouvert un peu trop tôt alors que de nombreux réglages restaient à finaliser. Enfin, nous avons été surpris d’entendre plusieurs membres du personnel exprimer à voix haute leur mécontentement concernant l’organisation de l’hôtel, ce qui ne donne pas une image très professionnelle. Avec la fin des travaux et quelques améliorations, l’expérience pourrait être bien meilleure.
