Le lit confortable

Je suis très déçue de mon expérience. Lors de ma réservation sur Booking, j'avais fait une demande d'arrivée anticipée à 14h, qui avait été acceptée. Pourtant, à mon arrivée, j'ai découvert que la réception n'ouvrait qu'à 16h. Je ne trouve pas cela normal, surtout que j'avais un mariage prévu à 17h après plus de 5 heures de route. J'ai dû attendre de 14h à 16h dans ma voiture, sous une forte chaleur, sans possibilité de me reposer ou de me préparer correctement. Résultat : seulement 20 minutes pour me préparer avant de repartir, ce qui a été très stressant. En plus de cela, la réceptionniste avait oublié son téléphone ainsi que les clés de l'hôtel dans sa chambre. On m'a expliqué que c'était à moi d'appeler l'hôtel pour obtenir un code d'accès, car Booking et l'établissement ne communiquent apparemment pas entre eux. J'estime que lorsqu'une demande d'arrivée anticipée est acceptée, elle doit être respectée ou, au minimum, le client doit être prévenu à l'avance. Cette mauvaise organisation a fortement impacté mon séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
