Pool But could be cleaner water

The staff was exceptional. Helped our stay be pleasant.

The breakfast, the inundated rooms. Having connected rooms with doors that didn't stay open. No waffles. Eggs where hard. Food wasn't always ready when needed.

I stayed in this hotel 3 years in a row, when dropping off my child to college. The front desk lady was the best part on the first stay, super friendly and helpful. The second time, the shower ran out of hot water at 10pm one evening. I can understand when it happened to an airbnb, but not to a hotel with hundreds of rooms. The third time, I (and my husband) couldn't turn the shower faucet at all. It turned out the faucet was dripping so badly that it was tightened to a way no one can turn it except the very strong maintenance guy. With no shower on the first evening (we didn't call the maintenance because it was very late), we reported it the next morning. Before we returned to the hotel in the evening, I DMed the hotel and they told me it was fixed. Only it was not. Over the phone, the front desk lady said they fixed the dripping issue but I told her I never mentioned dripping in the conversation. Then she said she had send someone to my room "to show me how to use the shower". Hmm, not in a nice way, and I told her I know how to use a shower. They did credit me some points and moved me to a different room at the end. However, I think it is the end of the nice front desk experience and I need to look for a different hotel next year. Also, this time, I notice the towels/sheets has a strong detergent smell (lavender?) that is usually used to cover less desire smell. For $400-500/night, it is not what I expect.

Good bedroom size and majority of employees were nice.

Problem with the cleaning services. In a 10 day stay (2 reservations) the room was cleaned only twice even though they say it will be cleaned every other day. One particular day I specifically asked to be cleaned and they ignore the request and when o call back they report to me that housekeeping had gone away and all they could do is give me some extra towels.

部屋の広さは今一つでしたが、とても快適に過ごしました。キッチンとダイニングテーブルがあったので、夜は部屋でゆっくり食事ができました。フリーの朝食は品数が十分に多いわけではありませんが、どれもおいしかったです。

6人部屋に4人で止まっているのに、バスタオルが3枚しかもらえないところ。それ以外はありません。

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a great spread.

The pool was broken both days. They had basketballs for the kids to use. The court made up for the pool.
