"Clean, but skip the pool"

Great location, very clean rooms, and nice staff.

The pool area needs a serious update. My daughter and I went into the pool for 5 minutes and got out. It stunk like funk. The stones walking up to the pool are slimy, the slide has brown streaks that looks like 💩, though I'm sure it's hard water, and the pool, and kiddy pool need to be repainted as that are both chipping.

I love the beauty of the inside ,the rooms are huge, water pressure was great, It was a pet friendly hotel, 24-hour coffee, easy access to your rooms, pool area is awesome and when I ask for towels delivered immediately, when lights out room was nice and dark, bed was very very comfy slept like a baby. The arcade was fun.

Definitely the hot tub water could have been hotter I like to get in and soak to help with my aches and pains, was not hot enough for that 🙂‍↕️ and I would have like breakfast to be served till 10:00 a.m.

Everything was nice cozy , deff something great for family vacation or get aways

Nost the games in game room didn't work and noo bacon ??? It was sausage everyday , for 3 days , bacon should be in the mix every other day or something!!

I loved the amenities and location. My daughter and I enjoyed swimming the free breakfast and shopping at the outlets. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

The ice machine wasn't working on our floor. Also the packets provided with sugar, creamer and straws were half opened and missing sugar and straws.

"How bad can the best room get? Really Bad..."

Breakfast, pool, and the suite layout.

The room was not ready for occupancy. Fridge didn't work, ice machine was unplugged, as were several lights in room. Carpet was filthy, shower floor was stained and mildewed like crazy. Used plastic fork with dried rotten food And mold. Was found under heater. Had to by $50 of cleaning supplies to address situation. Why let the same people who let it slide fix it? Clearly they are not very good at it.
