The location next to the freeway to get away

Cockroaches were observed on the walls, in the bathtub, and in the sink. The bed linens were unclean. Housekeeping services were provided bi-weekly. Guests were responsible for trash removal, and breakfast was not offered. Staff departed prior to closing hours. I departed a day early to avoid further inconvenience, resulting in a financial loss on the booking. Furthermore, I was informed by staff that direct booking would have been more economical, and they expressed negative opinions regarding reservations made through third-party platforms.

The price is incredibly competitive, the rooms are big and clean and come with a decent kitchen, stove and full fridge, microwave as well. I note the trash cans are also bigger than what you see in most other hotels.

Only issue I had was a small problem with payment during checking in, but it was fixed immediately upon request, didn't take longer than 10 minutes.

Cock roaches and stank nasty

I showed up with a confirmed reservation after driving in from Denver. I was ready for some rest. I was informed that I couldn't be checked in because the computer was down. I showed her my emailed confirmation, but she said there was nothing she could do. They need to empower their employees to make reasonable decisions in situations like that. I stayed here before, but won't stay again. Now I need to check my bank account again to confirm monies were not taken out for my "no show".

Nothing. The elevator stinks. I know the price was low but I would’ve paid more for better if I knew it was false advertised online

This is very low grade accommodation. An inspection for health and welfare is required at this location

It was fairly quite during our stay

We woke up with cockroaches crawling on us, the door lock didn't work, the beds were worse than the cot I slept on in the army.
