It was inviting with grear customers service. The staff was really nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

I was in 4th floor in the room with 2 last numbers 06. - The shower wasn't good enough, the ceiling was bad and deserved to paint. - The room s wall was dirty.

Great property a short drive away from the COS airport. Comfy bed, nice shower and separate sink area from shower & toilet. We were only there overnight but it was a very pleasant stay.

I would have given 4 stars because the room was clean (although a little rundown) and the staff were pleasant but the breakfast was very disappointing. Everything was picked over, a waffle batter dispenser that didn’t work and no juice two days in a row. Complimentary breakfast is a big factor in hotel choice and this was dismal.

Several issues with this stay. I made a reservation online to stay June 20-23,2025. I was running late on June 20th so I called the hotel about 6pm and they assured me that they had my reservation and a room, and they would save it for me. I told them I would arrive around midnight; they said no problem they would make a note on my reservation and save my room. I arrived with my family about 12:30am and they said they had too many people come in, so they gave my room away. I could call back the next day and they should have a room for me. So, I called the next day about 1pm and they said that they had a room, but I had to go get it right then or it would be gone. I told them that I had a reservation, and they told me that since I booked the hotel online, they would not honor the reservation. We got the room and checked in. My granddaughter wanted to go swimming, so we went down to their pool, and it was filthy. The pool filter and circulation system had been turned off or was not working. We found trash at the bottom of the pool and ants in the pool. The next morning, we got up about 8am on a Sunday and went down to get some breakfast. The food was already gone along with no juice and coffee. The grounds were very overgrown with some weeds over 2feet tall. If you stay here, you can expect them to not honor reservations, the breakfast to be gone within the first hour, the pool to be very dirty, and some of the desk people to be rude.

Not clear signs as to where the pool was located, breakfast did not have many options and the coffee creamer and juice were out 2 out of the 3 mornings. Otherwise, everything was great.
