Nice, elegantly furnished hotel, the pool was a pleasure at the end of a hot day and friendly staff.

I was surprised to have to pay extra for parking in Vermont where a car is pretty much a necessity,

The Courtyard Burlington Harbor offers great views of Lake Champlain, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. Its downtown Burlington location places guests within walking distance of the waterfront, Church Street Marketplace, and local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay! Air conditioning was a bit weak but overall a great stay! Clean pool area! Plenty of great areas around for food, shopping etc! Very walkable!

Excellent location, close to Curch Street Market and Waterfront.

This is a nice, somewhat recently updated property. The bathroom in my view room was a somewhat quirky design and a poor use of space. The staff were all great. We had a flat tire and the valet came out with an air pump and started inflating the tire before we even noticed the issue. The coffee and water stations (including soda water) on each floor were a welcome touch.

Hotel is fine as long as you don’t expect much. One night stay to catch an early flight the next morning. Booked a standard room and the front desk moved me to an assisted/disabled room. I should have checked in on the app and not given them the opportunity to change my room type. Generally with Marriott Gold we have bottled water in room or it is provided at check in. I was told regular bottled water was for sale but that tap water in Vermont is fine anyway.

I’m a lifetime platinum elite member at Marriott and have never written a poor review. I rented a hotel bike and returned it later than the 830pm curfew. I failed to read the contract details and apologized. I was chastised by the front desk manager and reminded that I signed a contract. I was told that I was called multiple times while out with the bike, but that was not true. I felt like I was in High School again and being reprimanded by the Principal. In the meantime, I was a guest at the hotel and a well-known entity at Marriott. It ruined my night. I don’t think this person belongs in a customer service role and I hope the General Manager reads these reviews.

Wonderful stay directly across from Lake Champlain. Terrific staff. Beautiful view from our very nice room. Walking distance to Church Street Market, Waterfront, and many other amenities. Highly recommend. Carol at the Front Desk was most helpful!
