Room was very clean, comfortable, quiet & the staff were excellent!!!

Great Breakfast. Comfortable beds.

There was a gap under the door to the hallway that was about 2 inches high. You could stick your whole hand right out into the hallway. You could lie on the floor and see under the door through the hallway and right into the room across the hall. This is a fire code violation and a privacy issue. Any sound in the hallway was very loud and sounds from rooms carried into the hallway as well.

Was pretty good experience for what we paid. Could always be better. Staff did well. Breakfast was busy but they did what they could do. Had overall a good experience.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were good size. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was a bonus. The only downfall was that the walls were thin.

Almost everything about this stay was amazing, from location to accessibility, food options nearby, transportation, you name it. My only hang up as to why I gave 3 instead of 4 or 5 stars overall, there was a lot of disturbance noises throughout the evening. From families and kids in the hallway making lots of noise and playing, someone in the room a floor above sounding like they were skateboarding all night, and housekeeping the floor below vacuuming very early. My sleep was disrupted several times throughout the night. When I called to leave a concern at the front desk, the noise just continued on. May that just was bad timing for me with it being the holidays. Aside from that, I was definitely a great stay, comfy beds, nice updated rooms, amenities options and staff very friendly at check in.
