Residence Inn by Marriott Fayetteville Cross Creek

The property was in a good location located to shopping , movie theatre and restaurants .

There was never anyone at your front desk. I would always yell and say is anyone here. They would always be in the back. Never stayed at a hotel where where no one was at the front desk.The fireplace didn’t work, faucet in the sink in bathroom water didn’t have any pressure and took water in bathroom and shower ten minutes to get hot . Maintenance tried to try and fix fireplace and it came for a while then went back off it did this twice so finally I gave up on it. I would have been nice to actually been able to use fireplace since it was in the suite. It was my birthday and wedding anniversary so could have been better. There were two employees that were good. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. It’s the first time we stayed at a pet friendly hotel and I was surprised at how clean it was and had no smell of pets.

Location could have been closer to I 95. When I booked I thought it was much closer

The location was good and the staff was great.

The room didn't have a clock and the bathroom could use some updating. Breakfast could have more variety, l stayed at the facility in Columbia SC and their breakfast was great, they offered the guest grits, waffles, turkey sausage shredded cheddar cheese boiled and scrambled eggs and other things.
