I stayed for 3 nights. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I enjoyed everything about this except for a couple of minor things - TV channels were very limited and there was no guide available or a way to increase the brightness (picture was too dark). The fridge is so tiny and not much fits inside - the freezer had a huge ice block and started leaking water so I put a rolled up washcloth inside and it was fine. The AC would not stay on. It cut on and off all night which kept me from sleeping well. The fan stays on but the temperature would go up and it got too hot. No big deal, it was tolerable. Other than those little things, my stay was just fine. :)

The bed was the only good thing.lt was vrry bad other than that

Pool was green. Hot tub didnt work. Breakfast was cold and awful tasting. .couldnt wIt to leave

No channel guide for the tv. Otherwise just fine.

Clean room, nice bed

Don’t provide towels or make up bed every day unless you ask and then when I did ask no one came. They are too expensive for the area to not include breakfast. I will just stay somewhere cheaper like right next door next time. They were also way too disorganized at the front desk. Like they can’t balance how to manage the front desk and the cafe or other jobs at the same time. Poor management

Even though we had no running water for around 1.5-2 days due to the water main break in the area, the front desk staff were accommodating. We were able to get a refund for 1 out of 2 of our nights, and get a discount on a future stay we booked at the front desk. Free water bottles were available. They offered us free breakfast, although we had already driven out of the area early in the morning to buy our own water for showering and drinking, and eat out for breakfast.

Too many issues that were poorly handled or not handled at all.

Just a quick overnight stay but was very welcoming

Great quiet hotel. The bistro cafe was great for breakfast and even a quick dinner.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, very accommodating!
