Atmosphere was very friendly, welcoming, and staff was eager to help or answer questions. Hotel rooms, lobby, and outside grounds were clean and well maintained throughout the week of my stay. I would stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel for Casper, Wyoming.

I paid a nonrefundable charge for one night through your web sight. I go to the hotel and they did not have a room reserved for me. They found me a room and billed me again. I emailed your customer service and got a reply 10 days later. I talked to the Courtyard people multiple times and finally got a refund 3 weeks later. I will never use your service again.

"The location was clean but no free breakfast."

The cleanliness of the property. It was very clean.

They advertised breakfast at the facility. Other courtyards include that in the price of the stay. This one has a Bistro inside that you have to pay to eat that. That was not advertised. It was one of the main reason we chose to stay at this location. The advertisement for it said breakfast was included.
