Convenient access from interstate. Staff at desk were not as friendly as staff at other hotels we visited in WY, SD, and MT. Bordered on rude.

Nice room, very clean. We received handicap room, don't remember ordering it. Had a bigger room last week with a sofa and liked it more. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.

We got in super late and they were friendly and got us checked in quickly. Everything was good until the housekeeper started banging on our door at 9am and let herself in. We were super tired and wanted to sleep in but got a rude awakening. She did this to several more people sleeping in their rooms.

Nothing except for cost maybe

At first glance it was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the added space. Friendly front desk staff.

Our TV didn’t work and at that point our kids were trying to go to bed so we couldn’t have someone come in to fix it. Our toilet clogged and again, we were on our way out so we didn’t need maintenance to come in so we used the downstairs bathrooms. Checkout time is confusing, booking says noon but I think it’s actually 11. Husband tried to ask housekeeping but that only confused things worse, the front desk didn’t think we had checked out so they called when we had already been gone for a long while.
