The kings suite needs to be upgraded. The bath tub had rust on the bottom of tub. Never cleaned room.

Staff and accommodations were excellent but unfortunately this time the bed was very uncomfortable and the closet was blocking the television. My husband and I are repeat guests and have always enjoyed a pleasant visit with comfortable beds and unobstructed view of the television. The staff “almost” made up for my aching back. You have wonderful staff!!!

I love that it were a smoke free and pet free facility. Most of all I love that it were quiet and everything were close by all the food places..Most definitely will stay there again

"Memphis Jewel Hotel!"

The absolute friendliness of the entire staff from the minute I walked through the door. Front desk: over and above niceness! The lady that made me a salad at the bistro: wonderful! And the lady that drove me to the airport, what a great person! I have'nt been to such a warm and welcoming hotel in a very long time.

I didn't stay longer!!!
