"overpriced for surrounding hotels and service was not good."

There was no attendant at the bistro to take an order at 8:30am. I stood there for several minutes and waited. The lady at the main desk was not help either. No bedding available for the sofa bed.

Staff members could have been more helpful. No urgency to assist me while I waited for the server at the bistro. No help from the lobby agent either.
