The room heater was not working. USB port is not available inside the room

Newly renovated rooms, very clean and staff was very helpful. Perfect for attending games at UD Arena.

I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY RESERVATION, I FIRST TALKED WITH RESERVATIONS AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T HELP ME SO I CALLED BACK TO THE HOTEL AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE NIGHT AUDITOR JENNIFER WILLIAMS AND SHE WAS AMAZING AND SO VERY HELPFUL TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH JENNIFER!!!!

Have stayed here multiple times over 20 year period. Our corporate office is based in Dayton. This will be last time staying at this hotel. Hotel is average at best. Location is our main reason for choosing this hotel. This is now at least the third time I have fought over room charges. I normally reserve rooms using my card and person staying in room submits a charge card when checking in. They can’t seem to figure it out although they did bill the other party and myself. Called hotel NO RESPONSE. Fighting thru the issue now. Once is a mistake multiple times is a pattern. Hotel is absolutely nothing special. Half clean mostly functional. Very poor value. 230 dollars and now a headache

When we arrived, the bathroom, especially the toilet, was not cleaned. I alerted the reception desk upon arrival, around 11:30pm. They were going to send Housekeeping at that moment, but were we so tired, we asked to have it cleaned the next morning. Housekeeping never showed up the rest of the weekend even though we requested a clean up.

i think that you all should at least have complimentary coffee in the morning.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly.

There was no hair dryer in the bathroom and there was a funky smell in the hallway.
