El hotel está bonito, el desayuno es muy bueno y las instalaciones viejas, pero muy cómodas.

Carlos de recepción: un grosero impertinente que no merece estar trabajando en el sector servicios si le molesta dar buen servicio.

Desde el principio muy mal servicio, mi habitación no tenía conectada la TV al internet, tuve que hacerlo yo. Reporte tanto lo de la TV como que el teléfono no servía, tuve que llamar desde mi celular a recepción varias veces para reportarlo y para pedir room service y NUNCA mandaron a nadie para revisarlo. Para mí mala suerte olvidé unos lentes de ver y dijeron que no los encontraron. Las toallas del baño todas rotas.
