Staff super friendly

Instalaciones buenas, las habitaciones ya necesita una remodelación para estar aún mejor. Buena ubicación muy sabroso el desayuno. Buena las bebidas con costo extra, aquí no existe el Todo incluido. Me volvería a quedar pero porque no hay algo en la ciudad aunque hay otros hoteles más económicos con los mismos servicios.

This is one of the most dated Marriott properties that I have stayed at. This was my second time at the hotel this year, and it seems that no fixing or updating has been done since I was there in April. The staff was attentive, but the hotel facilities are not up to par.

Very outdated. Rooms had an “old smell”. The shower was very, very old. Double rooms are large, but we had requested a single bed room and they said those are not guaranteed. Restaurant staff is very helpful and the food is good. We would not stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious, the food was amazing. The staff was very friendly.

Some of the valet parking employees were smoking outside the hotel before getting our car, my husband is asthmatic and that triggered an attack.

The place was pleasing to the eyes, however not having hot water for a nice shower really made it hard to enjoy. Also the bathroom lights in the windows keep the room too bright to get into a deep sleep. So I give it a poor rating because of the cold showers and sleepless nights.

Location over charged me 500+ pesos for a cup off coffee because breakfast was only for 4 people and a friend of mine came to wish us a far well trip.

I think i got robbed by the waitresses in breakfast for over charging me. Also tried calling over 20 times beacuse i forgot a shirt with money in it and they never answered the phone i was in room 1412
