Everything ! The location is perfect. Everything’s is close by. The hotel was clean and the rooms were dark, cold and cozy!

It was nice and clean

I didn’t like that I called before coming to see if I can use an American Express gift because I had two $100 cards and I was told I could that it would be no problem. When I went to go check in and use the gift card the girl checking me in had no idea how to use it, she then called her supervisor to ask him how to do it. He didn’t know how to use it either and then told her to tell me that because they didn’t know how to process them that I couldn’t use them when I specifically made it a point to call and make sure they took them before booking their. I just felt the whole way it was handled was very unprofessional.
